Jethro Tull released the music video for the track "Over Jerusalem".
The track is part of the album Curious Ruminant , released on March 7th by InsideOutMusic .
Leader Ian Anderson commented [via Blabbermouth ]: “Having visited Jerusalem to perform in concerts and Israel in general many times since 1986, I, like much of the world, have felt a growing anguish at the political, social and cultural dilemmas faced throughout the region.
After my first or second visit, I decided to continue performing there, but to donate all proceeds to various local NGOs: primarily those supporting the co-education of Arabs, Jews and Christians, often with a musical focus.”
In addition to founder Ian Anderson, the musicians on the album include former keyboardist Andrew Giddings and drummer James Duncan , as well as current band members David Goodier , John O'Hara , Scott Hammond , and guitarist Jack Clark , who makes his debut with the band.
